You can choose 50, 72, 96, 150 or 300 dpi, each dpi option has 2 levels of quality - low, medium.
If the output file is too blurry, choose higher dpi and quality.
If the output file is still too large, choose lower dpi and quality.
Compress PDF reduces file size by compressing the images within PDF document. It uses JPEG, which is a commonly used method of lossy compression for image. So you can get high quality but small PDF file after compression. For some PDF files, file size can be reduced by 90%.
